Bought a combo air/heat window unit from here. Service was fantastic. The associate had me in and out within 30 minutes. The loaders came right on and loaded my unit in the truck with no problem. Thank you will come again and I highly recommend anyone looking for home appliances to shop here

Great experience with Mazer. They were so supportive during the whole experience from purchasing, to shipping and answered all of my questions promptly when we were installing it. There was one piece missing on the refrigerator and they shipped it to me within 2 days. This will be my go to appliance store forever!!!

Our dryer had a bent drum and made a noise. We went to Mazer's and purchased a scratch and dent dryer. Very good service. Very quick with the loading. Would definitely recommend them for your appliance needs.

Just bought a new dryer there and it's working great! No one spoke to us when we were looking but the woman at the front desk was so extremely nice and very helpful. I will definitely be back for my next appliance purchase.

I couldn’t find the entrance and JV came out to meet me. He was kind with beautiful blue eyes. Then I was able to find a scratch and dent washer and dryer and Anita worked the register. She was beautiful inside and outside. The gentleman sitting at the register next to her was nice too. I enjoyed interacting with all of the staff, and would highly recommend them for scratch and dent appliances💙🔥💙🔥💙🔥

We’ve had two deliveries from Mazer at this point, one for a washer and then ironically the belt on our old dryer went out about three weeks later. We’re in the process of fixing that ourselves, but figured we may as well buy a match for the dryer since a repair on the dryer cost almost as much as the one from Mazer. I am extremely pleased with their delivery service and the prices. When you compare them to other big name stores, you’re saving hundreds buying this way. Both times the guys were very prompt on delivery and polite, no grumbling about having to take them upstairs. Very fast on the response time for scheduling delivery as well. Both washer and dryer work well and look great! Will be ordering from them again, just hopefully not so soon. As a side note, you can BARELY tell they’re scratch/dent. They’re great looking machines.
